Polarcus Limited ("Polarcus" or the "Company") (OSE: PLCS) announces that the Company has signed a Letter of Award ("LOA") with TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA ("TGS") for the charter of the 12 streamer 3D seismic vessel POLARCUS NAILA. The charter, of 6 months duration and subject to the execution of a service contract, will commence in April 2014 immediately upon completion of the previously announced yard stay to upgrade the vessel's propulsion.
Subsequent to the above LOA the Company's booked capacity for the first three quarters of 2014, inclusive of the bareboat charter of Vyacheslav Tikhonov to SCF, currently stands at:
